Smooth and quiet shifting

I used a 2009 Prius Gen 2 3.94 liter transmission. You'll immediately notice a change from Park to Drive or Reverse, and you may not notice it. First and second gears are smooth, jerks are perfect. Freeway speeds and quiet and smooth. If you measure the temperature on the gearbox, you will find a drop of 4-5 degrees.

and made my car feel like a completely different car

I was skeptical at first and spent $54 for a three liter. But after draining and refilling my car (Acura TL SH AWD 2012). I can say it's worth it! Gear changes are more precise, faster and make my car feel completely different. No wonder most Honda/Acura owners trust this stuff.

Surprisingly much better than D4 in 08 TL

I have 08 TL and at first everyone on online forums said to switch to D4, when I used D4 on TL the gears literally beat gears. It was a 50/50 mix of DW1 and D4. I have now seen that the D6 is a more suitable replacement for the DW1 and I have a 50/50 DW1 and D6 and my goodness the car seems amazing. Now I like the feel of the layers, they are very oily but solid at the same time. I definitely recommend at least a mix of D6 and Honda DW1, if not try a full stock and only fill in D6.

perfect fit for 2006 Mini Cooper Convertible

Was looking for transmission oil options for my 2006 Mini Cooper Convertible after changing constant velocity joints and settled on this one. I have a hand pump that unfortunately doesn't fit in a RedLine bottle, but it still pumps liquid. It's been a few months and the car is *much* smoother. Of course, the constant velocity joints probably have the most impact, but shifting seems smoother and there weren't any issues. Much better than Toyota WS

Have a 2009 Toyota with WS spec. Switched to Valvoline Maxlife atf for the first time; very nice upgrade from Toyota WS. This time I had 4 liters of Valvoline maxlife left and added 4 liters of Redline d6. Improved gear shift again. If you have a Toyota WS I strongly recommend replacing it with either maxlife or redline d6. There is no comparison. Toyota WS can't handle the heat. Flash point WS 175*. OEM WS fluid is garbage. Good for only 30,000

WS non synthetic. Lucious Garage says it's only 30 grand. REDLINE D6 is two classes better. This is a Group 4/5 true synthetic based fluid. Beware of $20-25 per gallon ATF from big-name oil companies. It's Group 3, meaning it's made from natural gas or dyno oil with no synthetic base. You get what you pay for. Use Redline or AMSOIL ATF. Great so far, best oils and fluids

I have used this in the gearbox on my 2007 Mercedes GL450 and it shifts much better! Transmission no longer feels spongy or sluggish. It feels stronger and responds better to the accelerator pedal. I've only driven about 1000 miles with this fluid, but if it lasts 60,000-70,000 miles I'll be very happy. I also noticed an increase in fuel consumption. Excellent DEX VI PSF for 370z/g37. Also owners of Titan, M and FX.

Redline make excellent transmission fluids and oils, they are one of the favorite companies for car enthusiasts and the D6 ATF works as well as I expected them to. I have used two bottles of this oil to replace the power steering in my Infiniti g37 and have been very happy so far.
