Good Stuff But. on my review.

I needed something for my bathroom tiles. This was not helpful. It was sticky and now turned yellow. It is working great! But it does have a rubbery feel to it. Since am renting I don't really care, I was just sick of seeing the mold on my bathroom tiles and this works well for the time being. But turning yellow? That's not kool!

Pros
  • Resistant to chemicals, ensuring that the sealed area will not be damaged by exposure to chemicals
Cons
  • Can be difficult to apply evenly

Very thick. in my review

Applying to wood scaffold platform. It is thick. Adheres well but drying time is in excess of the 24-48 hours. Don’t use if you are in a hurry.

Pros
  • This is outstanding rubber paint!
Cons
  • May have a strong chemical odor

I've used this to seal gutters and a roof flashing , as well as for an emergency repair on some rotted wood. As with anything that needs to be applied, the surface has to be clean and dry.We had a leaky window sill on the shed - it would be a major project to replace, and well, it's the shed. I wire brushed off all the lose crud and globbed this on to in. It took a few coats, but I fully sealed the wood and stopped the leak. Not the best solution, but it's a good temporary fix.The flashing was…

Pros
  • Its viscosity is perfect for filling voids, holes, and gaps
Cons
  • May dry out quickly if not used frequently

Gets the job done - my new review

We have an outbuilding that sprung a leak, and with so many other projects underway around here, we didn't want to take on a new roof for what is basically a shed. We also didn't want the roof leaking and damaging anything inside either, so Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal
