Excellent replacement grips

They have steel pivots. Ford grips are made of plastic that breaks after years of use. I am very satisfied with these spare parts

Nice metal grip at parts

Very good all metal replacement grip for my 1992 Mustang LX. I installed it using 1/2" stainless steel screws with locknuts and Loctite threadlock.

Perfect fit for 91 Mustangs

Fox do it Mustang suitcase handles are plastic so break easily, they are metal so they are much stronger and work better! Now I love the doorknob!

Good product at Trim

This grip replaces the exact defective original grip without any fuss or confusion. Went to the local auto glass shop and had the rivets pulled out, no problem either.

Buy this, not LMR/Cjs

Better design than the LMR doorknob, the pins are metal and won't bend. Quality and price are better. Note that the small plastic sleeve on the shaft is pointing up, not down. 91 Foxbody LX.

better than the original part

I bought this to replace my broken door knob but now that it's installed I'm thinking of replacing my other working handle. The stock grip has plastic hinges and a plastic lever. This new part is made entirely of metal. Also, do not forget to lubricate the locking mechanism in the door, it helps a lot.
