Design could be better

You must be very skilled to use this tool. I can't seem to get the filament to the perfect temperature to pull it back into the teflon sleeve. Works after several attempts. But better tool design is required.

Practice almost makes perfect.

Difficult to use but doable with practice, my first 100 attempts were unsuccessful. But then I started to understand the timing and how much you need to heat the PLA. Now I get work 4-5 times so it's not that bad.

An Allen key wouldn't hurt.

Seems to work. An Allen key wouldn't hurt. Works pretty much as you would expect. I have to watch every time it goes through my extruder. The joint (or street as indicated in the instructions) needs to be touched up. I really appreciate the people in China who make these products, but wouldn't it be too difficult to run the instructions through a bilingual student to try to get them right? If I am selling to China and need instructions I would look for someone fluent to review them.
