I attached an additional emblem to my car with this adhesive tape. It was easy to use and has been running stably for a week now. We haven't had heavy rain yet so we'll see how he handles it, but all indications are that it won't be a problem.

This tape looks more like epoxy than real tape. I used this to put the emblems back on my car after taking them off and painting them black. Tape/Epoxy is not easy to work with and requires some dexterity and small movements to place properly. Used this to reattach a nameplate that fell off our car after 10+ years. I have not used all other recommended 3M products. I carefully scraped all the old glue off the back of the nameplate.
