3M 1080 Wrap Film Series vinyls are long-term, removable, dual cast films designed for solid color vehicle detailing, decoration and full wraps without graphic protection. When applied correctly to the appropriate hard surface the film is very durable and scratch resistant. Easy Installation: slideable and repositionable pressure-activated adhesive with non-visible air release channels for virtually no air bubbles. No Printing. No Overlaminate. Matte Vinyl Wrap that surpassed expectations!

The matte vinyl from 3M 1080 is an EXCELLENT choice for any automotive project. As my tests showed, it was effortless to wrap our car with the air release technology. The adhesive sticks well to the vehicle without leaving any residue when removed later... The wrap has a unique matte texture that looks sleek and modern. Not as advertised. in Vinyl Sheets & Accessories

This is advertised as 1/2 foot wide (that's six inches where I'm from) and 5 feet long. I needed it to be at least six inches wide to cover the faded spots left by the old dried strips I removed. It's just under 5 ⅞ inches wide, not 6 inches as advertised. Can not be used. Not super happy. I've used Vvivid vinyl in the past and I have no doubt it's great vinyl but not when I get stabbed and sent something I can't use.
