Flexible diamond hand lap. For hard to grind material, stone, glass, ceramic, metal, carbide, composites. Metal plated bond securely anchors micron graded diamonds to backing. For wet or dry applications. Measures 3-3/4-inches length by 2-1/4-inches width. Ideal for finishing, polishing, blending and deburring. Available in a range of grades tailored to meet different project needs. Portable abrasive makes finishing in hard-to-reach areas achievable. Contoured, hand-held foam backing ergonomically designed for better comfort. Open dot diamond pattern permits debris and swarf to escape, so mineral keeps cutting fast and sharp.

Disappointing Performance

As an industrial and scientific professional, i was excited to try this product for finishing tasks. Unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. The pros include its flexibility, but it lacks the necessary grit to adequately remove scratches .The cons, however, outweigh the one pro. I was left with a subpar finish and will not be using this product again..

an innovative product that gets the job done

Works well, feels good in the hand, a good size for most applications. The underlay has some "give" or flexibility which makes it very useful for working on slightly curved surfaces, although a stiff underlay would be better if you need to keep the surface you are working on flat.
