stays in place for 5-7 days and provides excellent conductivity at treatment sites. Of course, you cannot wash the treated area. Used with my TENS unit for chronic pain in knees, elbows, back etc.

Expired well before stated expiration date

When I first received them in May 2020 they worked perfectly. But after about 4 months they didn't work. The pads were dry to the bone. Obtain a consistently straight ECG waveform. When I hit the pads, the trail goes crazy. The sticker on the box has an expiry date of 09-2021. Yes the glue is pretty strong which I think would hold them in place if someone practiced with them. But tearing it off is uncomfortable, even if the hair has been shaved off before putting it on. However, it's garbage. I

So you can reuse these great stickers

I have reused these wonderful probe stickers at least 10 times, maybe 15 times. To do this, you must carefully replace them on the shiny side of the paper. the strip to which they are attached. By caution I mean since the stickers and their paper strip are rectangular instead of square you will need to re-apply them to the paper strip according to the shape. Otherwise, they'll droop around the edges, dry out, and attract dirt. Not having a hairy body and being retired (body has to be clean lol)
