We moved from Phoenix, AZ to the Pacific Northwest, and it turns out it's much cooler up here than I'm used to. I was looking for a backyard heater, and I was excited to get this.I was going to help my husband put this together, but he did it while I was busy doing something else, so apparently it's not too hard to put it together by yourself. I read many comments about removing the protective covering but it only took me 3-4 min to do that.It was quick and easy to put together.

I accidentally ordered the hammertone rather than the stainless and um actually very glad. Looks great, works great, not to bad to assemble. Overall the fam and I are quite happy.

The heat temperature knob works fine, can be easily moved around the backyard. It did take about one hour to completely build it.

worked great the first night but the second night the propane tank froze up and stopped releasing propane to the top for heat. not sure what happened here. two nights of 2 hours and ran through a whole 20lb tank of propane. is this normal? seems like something is not right. bad regulator maybe?

Cold is my kryptonite.My back patio goes unused half of the year because it is too cold to sit outside… which is a shame since the bug are finally less of an issue when it i cooler out.This heater has made my patio a lot more hospitable in the cooler months.What I like- simple assembly- Sturdy- easy to operate- wonderful for areas where people are standing- the brown paint looks a bit like hammered bronze. Generates wonderful heat when getting out of jacuzzi during winter months. Like the zipped cover; protects heater from the elements when not in use.

Really like this patio heater, good heat, looks good in brown (matching our outdoor furniture), assembly was straight forward with no missing parts. Had an issue with the igniter, and was quickly in contact with the company and they sent a full replacement unit that resolved this issue. Great customer service -- responsive, helpful, regular follow up. If I need a second unit, I'd buy again.

It has literally rained or strong winds each day since this arrived. The weather has gotten cooler and I cannot WAIT to set this up and use it. It looks like the ones I see out on roof decks and things.feeling a little fancy! :)I am thrilled with this order and can't wait until we get some dry cool days to test it out.

Relatively easy to assemble. Fired right up. Does not heat a huge area. Within 3 feet you are roasting hot. Feels warm up to about 6 feet away though. Overall, super happy with what I got for the cost!

Pretty easy to assemble but it look me 90 minutes. It gives out great heat for chilly evenings. Great look - we chose bronze. Great product for the price that will let us spend more time in our yard.
