I bought (2) units - the Leitner LH270 socket is a nice square shape - fits on the table and won't be removed from the table by the cords! Setup was easy: plug in the power cord (charge the headset for 4 hours), plug the USB cable into the computer, plug the phone cord into the headset jack on the Polycom phone box.
