My mother in law loves this. Helped so much not to have to worry about where to turn on and off as she is elderly. She can walk up to the house from her car at night no problem. She uses it for little stuff like finding the back to an earring on the ground she dropped etc.

The main light is very bright. It’s blinding for anyone in the light path. The red light mode should be brighter, it’s rather dim. The motion sensing on off feature works but it’s a pain in close quarters because walls or objects will also trigger it. I haven’t done a timed endurance test but I’ve been satisfied with battery life for periodic use.

It casts a good bright light but I find it irritating that I have to push it a series of times to turn it off. I can't find a way to do it one psh.

Out of the box it functioned as expected and actually is brighter than i thought it would be. the sensor mode is a nice tough and works well. I will update as i use it more.update; took this on a week long hunting trip in cold weather and it performed well. the only thing it could use is a battery level indicator because when it starts dying it losses a lot of it brightness. overall very happy with the purchase and the battery life/ rechargeable battery is great.

This is a very good headlamp for the price. Plenty bright for around the house after dark chores, hiking, hunting, etc. Red light is useful as well. Battery last plenty long so far. Long term evaluation will be interesting but after a month of use I am very happy.

I was pleased with how bright this is on high, It also has lower settings if its to bright. The waving a hand in front of it to turn it off and on feature works great. Don't wear it while driving. If you look it the rearview mirror with this feature activated it will turn on. Great battery life. I use it in the woods and I can see everything.

I spend a lot of time camping and rock climbing (yes, sometimes that does end up happening in the dark), and hence have used many headlamps. This is by far my favorite, even better than the much more expensive ones I've had from companies like Petzl. It is very bright, the settings are great, it doesn't fall off my head, battery lasts long, and the biggest plus IMO is that it's rechargeable--no more buying batteries! Love it.

Still like these lights. The battery seems to last a long time and they are super bright. I like the motion activated feature as well. I like these so much that I purchased extras to give to some friends that are runners.

I like it so much I now have 4. I like it better then the Energizer ones I have. Extremely bright, use for jogging at night as well as my main go to in my 24 hour pack for search and rescue. Came in very handy with this years snow storms here in Texas with loss of power.

Like the brightness but don't like having to cycle through the settings to turn it off. Wish you could just turn it off with on press of the button. Battery life is awesome and the headband fits great. I use it for hunting and camping and its probably the best headlamp I've used.

I've had this for a few months used mostly for auto and electronics repair. Light is bright and lasts quite a while. Great for the price.

Huge bang for the buck. Bright enough to provide adequate lighting. Tilting head unit makes getting light on subject easier.

Bright light, adjustable comfortable head strap, and the fact that you can turn it off and on with the wave of your hand makes it really easy to use.

I considered many options before ordering this headlamp. This was one of the least expensive options, but I love everything about it. The band is comfortable. The light is very bright and has different brightness options and you can adjust to shine straight ahead or down at your feet (and the adjustment mechanism is very sturdy and stable). I actually ordered a second one to keep by the bed for reading. At this price, why not?

Received today and after a short recharge -30 minutes tested. Found the headstrap nice and wide with soft material. The light itself seems well constructed with silacone buttons and a rubber cover over the charging port. White light very bright an able to light up a fence line around a hundred yards away. Red lights seem a little dim but usable for reading but probably wouldn't try to hike with them. Overall seems like a nice light for work and play outside with the white light. Reading for the

I do delivery work and this time of year I'm out after dark for an hour or two. I chose this one mainly because of the wave on and off feature. I had to experiment some to get the right distance to wave my hand but now that I've got it I love it.Brightness is excellent. I can use it for four days without having to recharge.

I use this light for early morning walks daily and it is extremely bright and the battery does not fade. Excellent product at a great price.

Travel to Alaska in December can be a dark experience, especially if you're staying in a dry (i.e. no running water, no indoor plumbing) cabin and you know that there are frequently moose lurking about and you really need to use the outhouse at 2 in the morning. The beam is nice and bright and lasts a reasonable time. I can run a few times a week (>2 hours) on one charge on the brightest setting. I thought the motion on/off was a gimmick but in the Winter with gloves on it comes in handy. It's a typical size for an inexpensive headlamp (i.e. compact but not the smallest). I think it's very good for the price. I've only owned for about 2 months but so far so good.
