Excellent customer service

Update: The company contacted me and provided me with a new lamp free of charge. Customer service is great! Less than one star. I just bought this lamp on January 28, 2019. It's been getting darker and darker for the last month. It stopped working about three days ago. Now I have to buy another lamp. This lamp should have lasted much longer than it did. Very disappointed!
