Description of 6 Gallon Refillable Secondary Emergency Concentrate

SECONDARY EYE WASH STATION: Support unit for immediate treatment while en route to a primary eye wash station; 6 mins. uninterrupted hands-free eye flushing; also ideal for small, ANSI-Exempt areas. SALINE EYE WASH VS. TAP WATER: Includes 70 oz. (2.07 L) of saline concentrate; mix with tap water for 6 gallons (22.7 L) of buffered, saline eye wash, as tap water may contain harmful contaminants. PORTABLE: No plumbing required allows for easy placement near any workplace hazard; can be mounted to wall with single bracket, hung from molded handle, or made mobile with universal cart or stand. EASY TO USE: Nozzle strap is easily removed for hands-free flushing, leaving hands free to hold eyelids open; unit has simple, highly visible operating instructions vs. searching for manual or guide. EASY MAINTENANCE: Saline concentrate requires a simple 6-month maintenance cycle vs. weekly maintenance for traditional plumbed eye wash stations; large fill hole simplifies refilling and cleaning.

Essential Workplace Solution

This refillable emergency concentrate is a must-have for any workplace LOOKING to prioritize safety. As my tests showed, it effectively neutralizes hazardous materials and is easy to use in emergency situations .Plus, its reusable design makes it a more sustainable option than single-use alternatives. However the initial investment may be costly for smaller businesses. Overall, a reliable and efficient addition to any industrial and scientific facility..

Pros
  • Convenient and compact storage solution for emergency cleaning needs.
Cons
  • Requires additional equipment or knowledge for diluting and using the concentrate properly.

Leaks do not retain solution

Single fill with grout. Empty and refill after one use. The second refill does not remain in the container. The solution pressure in the reservoir forces the solution out of the caps and the caps are seated correctly. So it remains empty because it contains no solution.

Pros
  • EASY MAINTENANCE: Salt Concentrate requires a simple 6-month maintenance cycle compared to weekly maintenance for traditional eyewash stations; Large fill port for easy refilling and cleaning
Cons
  • Slightly torn
