Good price for plates

I am satisfied with the dishes I bought for the wedding. The plates are very beautiful and perfect for the outdoor reception. Well packaged, nothing broke! The only thing I didn't like were the small burn marks on the ends of the silver items. It looks like the paint is baked on or something or not quite painted over maybe, hmm, but kinda weird. Anyway, a good set for the price.

Beautiful but poisoned plates?

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! It looks good but as my guests put the food on their plates the gold paint started to peel off! I was embarrassed and afraid that my guests would be poisoned. The next day I actually got sick and some of the guests called me and said they were sick too. I had to leave the party to buy safe disposable plates. I tried to get a refund from Revain and they want me to return the plates! Well, I DO NOT wash these things (kinda precludes the use of disposable tableware - yes!)โ€ฆ

I would recommend if you want to look elegant, but thick paper plates work better.

I was a bit hesitant due to the price and some reviews of broken utensils, but mine arrived quickly and was packaged fairly well. I have included a photo of my hand to help with sizing, on a large plate and for reference, I have large hands so this is a standard size plate for me. There was bubble wrap and plastic on the outside of the cups and plates. Wrap them inside as well. The dishes came in a plastic bag. This ensured damage was kept to a minimum and there were few in my order. But I will
