I am a very meticulous packer. So I pretty much pack the entire house when I go on trips. I really like the zippered mesh pockets on the inside to help with organization of all the things I need to take with me for a work day on the boat, towels, extra clothes, personal items, first aid supplies, some tools. It keeps my things dry, and stands up to the harsh environment I work in. I bought this as a more inexpensive version of some more well-known heavy duty bags. I have had the chance to use it a couple of times and I love it. Very stout and solid. I specifically bought this small size, and it is perfect for a 2-3 day trip. Shoulder straps very easy to take on/off. This bag is perfect for readiness if you need to head out in an Emergency. The design has interior pockets and the exterior is waterproof. The material and design are perfect for packing up and heading out in a hurry. My girlfriend recommended this bag to me and it did not disappoint!

Great bag! I haven't had it long enough to test durability or water resistance but with that said I can tell that it is a well made product. I have to mention the personal hand written note that I opened when my bag arrived was a refreshing suprise. I don't see this attention to detail even from my local shops. So tack The Friendly Swede! So far so good.

This duffel is well made. The only improvement I would make is to Make the shoulder straps removable. There is to many straps and buckles at times when you want to work out of the bag when you reach your destination while camping or fishing. .

I have used this bag twice on salt and fresh water. It fit a large amount of things that I needed for a day trip and I was happy with the performance. Rained one day while I was out and I did not have any issues. I haven't used it much but plan to take a three day trip out of Fort Myers in a couple of months that will for sure put it to the test. It is a medium sized duffle in my opinion and as I said, enough for a days worth of clothing, small gear, and snacks for the trip.

Bought this to pack warming clothing, etc. while attending outdoor sporting events which sometimes include wet weather. Used it a couple of day after it arrived, and the first event was in the rain. It worked great and kept everything dry inside. The size is perfect. I detached the backpack straps, as they were not needed. Would be nice if they included a single, longer over one shoulder strap.

Bought 2 of these Friendly Swede duffels ( large one and a smaller one) for my college son. He uses the huge one to haul dirty laundry home in (from OH to GA) on breaks.Let's just say that I am glad that the bags really are waterproof.and smell proof.I'm sure the TSA baggage tram is glad as well.
