Only worked for about 6 months with digital access. The mechanism that rotates to open the safe has a lot of play. That and the battery compartment not holding the batteries firmly in place can be an issue. Mine now only works with a key.

Perfect for any business whose employees need to be able to put money in a safe but don't always have access. The amazing price, along with the amazing ingenuity of the company that makes this product, is unheard of. I will have one of these in every place I live or work.

I keep resetting the code on this one and it doesn't remember it! Unfortunately I missed the return date as until now (4 days before the return date) I hadn't realized I had problems with it since I didn't have to open it! Thank God I have the key, but what a pain!

I would not recommend buying this safe, the keys provided by the safe stopped working over time and ended up locking me out of my own safe. My passport, cash, several credit cards are in it. I then used a knife to get my passport out of the safe, which kinda defeats the purpose! Invest in a real safe, don't go cheap like me!

without stars. I've had it since February and last week it wouldn't open with a key. I never managed to get the keyboard to work. Revane gave me a phone number, but there was no answer. My husband ended up taking a drill (it was easy because the dial is plastic) and once I had the things I really needed in there, I threw them in the trash. I think you get what you pay for.

If you're a small retailer that needs a little safe so your employees can save a few pounds a day, then this is for you. Comes with screws for cement mounting. So if you're mounting on a different surface, you'll need different nuts and bolts. Easy to program, REALLY easy, and the best part for us was that you also ONLY use the keys that came with it and you can't even turn on the digital lock. Would buy again.
