We wanted white board and did not want to spend a lot. This product does the job if you have flat surface like a closet door or wall. We used it closet door and it required two people to get it rightly done. It was easy to cut and install as they have marker lines on the back side. It came with very good marker pens,duster and cleaning liquid bottle.I highly recommend this product.

Placing on a flat painted wall and the paper does not stay on wallI put it up and immediately the sides start coming up. Come back in the morning and there are bubbles all over like I didn’t flatten it down. I fix this multiple times a dayI have resulted to taping the sides down and still it managed to bubble up.Oh and by the way I’m a preschool teacher eager to teach the kids and they won’t even be able to write on my wall

The installation was quite easy. There wasn’t any clear instructions but I ended up just peel and stick them on the wall. My mom had a chalkboard but with her getting older it was hard for her to write with chalk so I bought this and put it on her chalkboard. While the chalkboard does not have a completely smooth surface, this stuff worked very well and it is smooth enough to write on with ease so with a completely flat surface it would be just like a regular dry erase board. The concept is great. I'm the type that needs space to write out my work and though process, so this is exactly what I needed. The amount of contact paper was amazing, but it is a bit of an issue when you want to place it. Because it comes rolled up, it will take a while for it to bend back into place. We used this to cover my daughter’s refrigerator for her dorm room thinking it would be a good/cute way to make shopping lists and to write cute notes. There are a few little bubbles after application that we couldn’t get out, but not bad. The biggest issue is that the markers do not erase completely without serious scrubbing with an alcohol pad. But, it’s not a bad item overall. We recommend it.

I ordered this for my home office. I layed it out flat for a few days and then put it up. Easy to cut to size, glad it had markings on the back, and then my husband and I put it up. A 2 person job for sure, but we were able to smooth it out by going very slowly and applying pressure. If there was a bubble, we lifted it up and did it again. I'm happy with it as far as application. Now onto to writing and erasing.

The white board itself is great, stuck right to my freezer and I am able to keep track of all the items inside. The markers work fine, they are a bit on the cheep and flimsy side but for the price it is hard to argue.
