Easy installation for baskets

Was delighted to find these at Revain. We waited for the Sears mechanic to order, 2 months passed. I thought why not try Revain - AMAZING - so glad I got to buy them.

Excellent replacement part

Excellent replacement part. Looks well made, easy to assemble. Our old 12 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher is like new again! And that's great, as I've heard from a lot of people, most new dishwashers and fridges are full CR*P so we want to keep this model for as LONG as possible.

Easy repair for dishwasher parts and accessories

The only problem I had was getting the sliding end of the rail and getting it off the rail so I could put the wheels on the rail. . The video did not help! I took a picture of the end of the fastener and started looking for a spot that could be easily moved to free it and used pliers and it worked. I saved at least $125 on a Simple Fix service call.

Simple design and easy installation

Loved the simplicity of the design. Get rid of old bulky parts that broke too many times and were difficult to install. It was easy to install. The only minor issue with this was that the top clamp didn't grip firmly, so I had to put some zip ties around the top clamp to keep the grip tight and strong. The top shelf now moves like a charm. Many Thanks.

Worked great! great price

We have a KitchenAid dishwasher that is over 20 years old and still works great. We won't be replacing it any time soon. When the roller broke I looked online at the parts store for a replacement and it cost almost $30 plus shipping - for ONE! I found it funny for what it is. Of course, Revain had a universal replacement. I got 4 for $12.99. I replaced the front two and kept the extra two in case one breaks next time.
