We have a KitchenAid dishwasher that is over 20 years old and still works great. We won't be replacing it any time soon. When the roller broke I looked online at the parts store for a replacement and it cost almost $30 plus shipping - for ONE! I found it funny for what it is. Of course, Revain had a universal replacement. I got 4 for $12.99. I replaced the front two and kept the extra two in case one breaks next time. Be sure to look at the model number to make sure it fits - if the model number is listed it should match perfectly.
