Just what I needed for my Sears vacuum. I am very thankful that there is a source for Sears vacuum replacement parts as most local shops are closed.

You will need these for your Kenmore HEPA Vacuum as they sit just behind the bag and act as the first filter. I was glad they fit without trimming. Since you can no longer go to your local Sears, Revain will be the closest supplier of these replacement parts. Not sure about other models/brands but if you have the 700 series they will suit you perfectly.

I bought these filters for my Panasonic MC-CG937 canister vacuum. They are double layered with foam and white filter material. The factory filter is just foam rubber. The factory filter is slightly thicker than these filters, but this does not affect performance. In addition, these filters are slightly larger (length/width) than the factory filters. I would say it's about 1/8 inch. Again, this doesn't seem to affect performance. The attached photo shows the difference between the factory filter

These filters are a 1/1 copy of the original Kenmore filters but at a fraction of the price. I have aquariums and the density of the medium is of great importance when it comes to developing beneficial bacteria and filtering out debris. Vacuum filters are similar in a later feature. These particular filters are the pre-filters in the Kenmore HEPA system, on the other hand there is another filter that is similar to the filters in HVAC systems and needs to be replaced accordingly. I bought this filter for my Panasonic canister vacuum cleaner model MC-CG902. This 4 7/8 x 5 filter is perfect for my vacuum cleaner. It has 2 layers. One is black open cell foam. The pores are narrower, not as open as my previous filter. This is great - it lets air through, but it helps capture even more dust than the previous filter. The other layer looks like white felt. It's actually a hair thinner than the previous filter, but that doesn't bother me. It's also dense enough to get the job…
