Great customer support; useful product for organizing information

Customer service is very good, they help me with all my questions I had about their system which was great! Sometimes there are some odd quirks in how it works that seem like issues but maybe aren't (e.g., when searching by date range sometimes returns results from today). It can be difficult at times figuring out what time or month something happened so having accurate dates available within minutes of putting them into search makes this process much more manageable - especially if one has…

Pros
  • The ability to search via keywords rather than specific names/customer IDs helps keep things organized & easy since most queries happen organically through keyword use instead
Cons
  • The system is not too user friendly to use for a non technical user (e.g., entering in customer/account IDs, dates, etc.)

Very useful and advanced contact centre for your business needs

Easy integration with cloud platforms, ability to do more analytics using external APIs from third-party tools such as Google Sheets or Excel etc., great UI that is easy use even if you are not familiar with coding languages like php/java /pythonetc. The support team can be very slow in replying sometimes it takes weeks before an answer comes out of them so plan ahead when contacting their customer care department. Great tool to track our sales pipeline in real time by storing data into S3…
