This scrubber has replaced my former stainless steel mess that was hard to clean, had little steel curls unraveling and hard to store. The Ationgle cleans up easily, is very sturdy and comfortable and loops around a faucet when not in use. I love it. I also use it on baking sheets, and sometimes on glass bowls.

Started using my cast iron skillets more recently. Was cleaning them with a plastic scraper, Kosher salt, and a small stiff nylon brush. Found this stainless steel scrubber cuts the cleanup time by 70% and is easy to use. Wish I had bought one years ago. Works on my 6 inch pan and my 10 inch pan. I place a clean sponge on top of the scrubber to remove cooked-on food deposits, adding a little hot water to the pan.

While my skillet is hot, I pour in a little water and use my stainless tongs to hold the chain mail and scrub the pan. Works great.

Great scrubber. One thing people should watch out for is leaving it in a sink with a garbage grinder. Since it is slick, it tends to slide into the drain. You won't see it happen if you are running water in the sink with pots over it. Next time you run your garbage grinder you end up with hundreds of small broken apart rings which cannot be removed easily. Forget about trying to use a magnet to get them out because they are stainless steel and non-magnetic.

Bought this for a different purpose. We have a portable fire pit and found out we can use wood pellets to build fire. Someone from a fire pit forum recommended to use stainless steel chain cleaners. I bought several and lined our firepit. And oh my goodness, it served our alternate purpose and it’s super durable. We are so happy with the purchase and light up the firepit on many nights. Highly recommended!

I am a little disappointed with the item,none of the rings are soldered together and time will tell how long it will last before the rings start coming apart,i have read reviews about this thing failing after a few uses.To make this a lasting product the rings should have been soldered together,i am considering returning this and buying a better made cast iron cleaner.

I am trying to eliminate all cook ware beyond Cast Iron, Glass and some stainless. I have Cast Iron skillets that belonged to my Grandmother (over 100 Years old). Love that the traditional is holding true - and healthy. This is the very best way to clean Cast Iron. And learned can also be used on annoying difficult to clean waffle irons. i originally bought a pre-seasoned Lodge cast iron pan. I did not like the surface, so after watching multiple youtube videos, I sanded the bottom of the pan to bare metal and then seasoned it properly. So it is now where it ought to be. My reality is that I got confiused with the picture of this product. I always wanted to have an iron pot, and for some reason my mind thougt that I was getting the pot pluss the cleanning item for a wonderful price, and my disapointment came when I received just the cleanning item. Performs as promised! I inherited three decades old cast iron skillets of different sizes my grandmother had used. They were completely covered in rust. I inherited my grandmother's cast iron skillets. Due to the amount of time she last used them and I acquired them, there was quite a bit of rust.
