I like that we had an input into our logo since it is usually done after-the fact from other designers who have different ideas about what they think looks good or not! The process was very transparent so there were no surprises when creating this new brand for us which made working through all aspects easier to keep aligned throughout each step along way as well as having some creative freedom at times too (which isn't always easy). I think that one thing is hard to find when you don't know where it's located - this service was very clear about exactly what they can do for me (in addition to giving such thorough advice), which makes them stand out from other providers!
