Cute but disappointed

Torn in the back on the second try on. I bought it for a specific outfit, the second time I tried it on a skirt that was torn at the back above the slit. I would recommend taking a guess. I'm usually small. I'm 4'10 and about 120 pounds. and it was too tight

Excellent skirt!: Ladies

The skirt went perfectly with my 1920s/1930s look! Liked the fit and material. However, I recommend buying your true size. According to other reviews, I went down to a medium size and should have stayed at my typical small size. It stretches great but the medium waist was too big and I had to wear a belt. I'm 5ft 1in and usually wear small or a size 4 if that helps.

Pros
  • All is well!
Cons
  • Useless Parts

Not too thin for ladies

This skirt is beautiful. I usually wear a medium skirt. However I don't like my skirts being tight at the bottom so I doubled the size which made it perfect. Because of this, the length is also longer below the knee, which I prefer. I had to raise it slightly at the waist. It is very comfortable. I love it so much I've ordered six more in different colors.

Pros
  • sequins
Cons
  • boring packaging

Hope it holds up well. Clothing

The fabric is comfortable and dense; It's snug enough and stretchy enough to keep you in it. I wear 12/14 petite. This skirt is tight around the hips. I have a stomach, so my tops are long enough to hide it but just enough glutes exposed to flatter without being distracting. My height is 5 feet 2 inches. It falls an inch below my knees. The rosewood color on the monitor is pretty accurate. It washes well in my machine on a gentle or constant press cycle. I put it in the dryer for 15 minutes and

Back to buy more (buy TWO sizes up)

This is a mid weight stretch skirt with a small slit at the back (although the skirt can be turned inside out and worn with a side slit and I win't say) . The measurements given in the description are true. I bought the skirts TWO SIZES UP THAN USUAL and they fit perfectly. I'm about 5'5" and the hem is about 1" below my knees, perfect for the office or church. I think buy a skirt two sizes up and you'll be happy. Do you have a tag on your skirt? Apart from your clothes? I didn't think so! So…

  • Very showy
Cons
  • For old

I love the stuff! But.

The material for this skirt is a bit thicker than I thought which is good and it doesn't show through! It definitely should not be worn as part of a business attire unless it looks like a thin cotton jersey skirt worn casually in summer. However, if you have a small waist and full hips and want to wear this around your waist like a real pencil skirt, you may be disappointed. I'm 5 8 inches, my waist is 29 inches and my hips are 44 inches (bought 2XL). If I lift the skirt up to the belly button,

Updated rating after washing.

This skirt is attractive and comfortable. The fabric stretches well but is quite durable and has excellent coverage. I followed the recommendations to increase the size so got a 3X instead of my usual L. It was really loose in the waist especially so I thought I'd just take it with an overlock and cut it. Knowing that viscose shrinks, I took a risk and hand washed it. It didn't dry out much after hanging it up overnight so I tumble dried it on medium heat. Bingo! Now it fits, and the length has
