Very Quiet Ultrabook Cooler (Homebrew)

Build an Ultrabook cooler with one of these fans. Almost every cooling pad I've looked at is too big for my 12.5" Dell laptop, and my Antec Notebook Cooler To Go (released in 2005) eventually failed. This cooler is quiet, I can hear it just above the central air conditioner when the fan is running at low speed. Add some folding fender mounts and it fits in my bag alongside the power bank and trackball. I bought two, but a fan provides enough air movement at low speeds, and if I'm doing…

Fantastic fan - great airflow, very quiet.

I ordered this fan to cool my Ubiquiti Unifi 8 Port PoE Switch. This particular switch is passively cooled (no built-in fans) and sits atop our entertainment center in our living room. It provides network connection to our Roku, Bluray Player, Game Consoles and Unifi PoE WiFi Hotspot. In a room with good airflow and nothing blocking the Switch's vents, it will run stably at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the normal operating temperature for this switch model. After adding this fan to one side,

Quiet fan for my AV receiver that works great!

My AV receiver sits on the top shelf of a built-in wooden media cabinet. I don't have doors on my cabinet and any heat coming from my AV equipment needs to be vented through the front. My receiver sits on a top shelf with about 4 inches of clearance above the vents. However, in the past, heat was trapped between the top of the receiver and the top of the case. Although not anymore! I placed an AC Infinity MULTIFAN S2 on top of the receiver vents and it blows all the heat out of the front of the

Moving air in my beer fridge!

I use this fan in my little beer cooler on the patio. My cheap fridge didn't have a fan to move the air, and with cheap temperature controls, the beer either froze or stayed too warm. I couldn't get it to stay in the 38-40 degree range. The back of the fridge, where the coils were, will freeze into a thick layer of ice, and then the beer. I've had this in my fridge for about 2 weeks now and my beer is a solid 38 degrees! and no ice formation. I just hung it on a shelf with some zip ties, ran an

Just buy NOW! for computer components

If you look at my profile you will see that I am real! I don't know where this seller got their fans from but they are excellent quality, very quiet and let a lot of air through. I bought mine to suck dead air out of my Deel Sentinel Hub. See my review of their system. https://www.amazon.com/review/R15ZT0DGSMVOZ4/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B07BQXFS7DA As much as I love Deep Sentinel, their hub is chilled and often freezes/reloads under heavy AI processing load. Since it lives in a…
