Description of ACCEL 170086 Sleeve Boot Guards

Forms an impenetrable barrier from the extreme heat present in any engine bay. Sturdy double layer fiberglass comes with an adjustable ring that allows boot guards to be rotated extending their lifespan. Ideal for use with headers. Material expands and stretches over irregular surfaces and protects plug boots continuously up to 500 degrees and to a peak temperature of 1200 degrees. Comes in a convenient pack of four.

Great Investment for my car's exhaust system

i purchased the sleeve boot guards for my cars exhaust system and I must say that I was impressed with their durability and ease of installation.After I put it to the test, I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of heat radiated from the catalytic converter, which was a major plus for me. The guards also protected the exhaust system from dirt and debris which should prevent any leaks or holes from forming. Don't let it burn out Spare parts

I've used this before. They are very well made and twice as thick. Easy to climb over wires. This time I use an exhaust pipe to protect the break line.
