Requires software to work

Wanted to use this to move 2 displays in a conference room. It may be driverless but requires software. I could only duplicate desktops and the popup software was confusing for users.

Thunderbolt to USB in Notebook Accessories

Works well for Thunderbolt to USB, but will not work with some Apple accessories that require direct connection to Thunderbolt. The documentation accompanying the product can be improved.

Good docking station for working from home

I was looking for a docking station for my home office. This docking station is ideal for connecting 2 HDMI ports to expand 2 additional monitors and enough USB ports to connect an external hard drive, mouse and keyboard. Very easy to set up and use thanks to the user-friendly interface. This docking station greatly improves the efficiency of my work at home.

Finally a docking station that really works!

I have three different laptops with different USB-C ports. I had a hard time finding a docking station that would work with all three. I was trying to run two external monitors from my laptop and this docking station actually made it possible for me. In the end I'm very happy with the setup and the fact that it actually works.

Out of service and no customer service

Firstly the dock is not necessarily driverless so this is false advertising. However, it's okay. It's easy enough to set up. My problem is that out of the box the docking station couldn't work with my external monitor despite changing HDMI cables several times. I emailed the company about this as it was the only form of communication on their website. Needless to say, they didn't respond at all. Now I've lost a hundred dollars on a dock that doesn't even do what it's advertised. Oh, not only…

High quality dock is the best in docking stations

COVID-19 has increased the number of trips back and forth from home and the office and a better solution had to be found to make it easier to move my laptop back and forth. How could I make it possible to get started instead of wasting time unplugging and reconnecting all my connections (second screen, mouse, keyboard, speakers etc.) EVERYTHING. SINGLE. TIME?
