Firstly the dock is not necessarily driverless so this is false advertising. However, it's okay. It's easy enough to set up. My problem is that out of the box the docking station couldn't work with my external monitor despite changing HDMI cables several times. I emailed the company about this as it was the only form of communication on their website. Needless to say, they didn't respond at all. Now I've lost a hundred dollars on a dock that doesn't even do what it's advertised. Oh, not only does the HDMI not work, the USB also hits and misses and sometimes my camera flickers. It's worse than my $30 docking station.
