I liked the way it integrates with other applications and how well it works. It's easy to use with no learning curve. There is nothing I disliked about the product. The only thing is you could do a better job of communicating what features are available. I like how easy it was to set up an account with them as well their customer service department has been very helpful when needing help solving any problems we have had along our journey of using this software!
