A great way to keep and organized your important tax forms

The most beneficial thing about this system is that it helps me organize my paperwork in one place so I don't have all of them scattered around! It also makes filing easier because everything can be stored online instead having files everywhere or taking up space at home/office. There are certain features with acclamis such as "one touch" which isn' t always accurate when scanning documents (elderly relatives may not know how). But overall i like using their services very much especially since…

Great tool for courts- especially small counties

It's pretty easy once you figure out how it works and what buttons need pushed in order to perform various tasks. You have to try different things till it becomes second nature to use, but its worth the time! We are able to process many documents faster than we were before using acclam because of this. Easy access from anywhere at any time is wonderful too. The only downside I see currently with acclim is that there would be no way to create forms (we cannot make our own) so when i am working…

Great for making sure important information doesn

The scan feature is great because it allows us as staff members in our county office to enter data into another system while we are working with clients or other tasks that take up time away from entering records electronically! It has allowed me much more efficiency when using this specific program than my previous job did without scanning documents by hand each day before I entered them into their database/system of choice (not all).
