📏 Accusize Precision Stainless Steel Caliper P920 S214 Review

I didn't want to use a digital caliper because I think while it's handy, a well made and precise caliper with a dial indicator consistently has an accuracy of almost 1/10,000 can reach inches if well cared for and not abused. I have tested this caliper with several 5/100,000 gauge blocks and other precision calipers and it is definitely capable of 1/10,000 accuracy. Excellent value for money and quality. Well done and accurate.

When thousands and tens of thousands of precision are at stake, this caliper is accurate to +/- 0.001 or 0.0015 depending on how you approach your measurements. I didn't want to use gauge blocks every time and just end up going to the store's measuring room every time. This is very good for roughing, but not for finishing the product. Mitutoyo set

In general, the tool is good, it is solid, heavy and durable, and has a large measuring range. What I didn't like is that the case had a dent in the corner when I received it and the box in the picture (black) was not the one I received, it was a cheap plastic mould. and it wobbles a lot in it, doesn't fit properly and moves, i would have to double check if it was calibrated. I would like the company to actually ship the case as advertised. If you're looking for a good 8" caliper it will work…
