I bought the first set of collets, received them and found the "collet nut" was not machined properly. This prevents the chamfer on the collet from engaging the collet nut so that it can be tightened. So I sent it back and received the same product today and guess what, it has the exact same problem. I haven't used this very often but it seems to be of very good quality and the R8 fits like a glove. This is much more efficient than removing the drawbar for each tool change. Updated 4/22/20. I am very satisfied with this set. I bought this to increase the size and flexibility of my R8 collets. I found it easy to use (once I figured out the "trick" of tilting the collet to get it in and out of the nut). I get 0.001" TIR with different collets and tools. I received a 'special' collet set with two 3/16" collets and no 1/2" collet. I contacted the company and two days later had it I use a 1/2" collet.
