Not worth the price. The scale is not suitable. the weight is only slightly more than something much cheaper. The case is useless as you can't store the square in the case once it's assembled. real garbage.

I work as a welder/locksmith in a union shop making new equipment I would never use a tool with a scale taped on it, how could it be trusted with people who have given THAT CHARACTER , a good rating must be a real dork

I like to blame that I'm in school to be a welder and metalworker and I can't afford Starrett stuff but this brand is in my school as my starrett known because i only own gauges of this brand and persuaded my buddy to buy this brand as a replacement.

Phenomenal quality at such a good price. The case has loops and foam rubber that have cut outs for each part of the kit. The case has front latches to close and secure the case. I wish it had some sort of slide lock to be more secure. Each piece of the set comes in a plastic bag, and each piece, except the rule, has an oil coating to prevent rust.
