I would give 5 stars but no comment. It works great so far. I installed it on a 2000 Chevy Silverado z71. My truck stayed hot and wouldn't go back to cold. It was a very long drive home lol.

OEM perfect fit, fast delivery. The original lasted 17 years. I hope this one lasts just as long. The ease or difficulty of installation depends on how the automaker designed the location of the part, not the part itself.

Works as it should. My HVAC would get stuck on heat or AC. I finally got around to checking the problem. The engine ran sporadically, but mostly not at all. Once it's warm, it sticks to it. Just don't forget to calibrate when it's correct. Check out GM's YouTube video on the Mixed Door Actuator.

Perfect OEM replacement. Suitable for Chevrolet Tahoe 2000. Important: In this part, the part that rotates the air vent is metal. I was advised not to buy the one with the plastic part as it will not hold up. Also important: DO NOT CONNECT THE PART UNTIL THE PART IS INSTALLED. If you connect it first, the mechanism will rotate and may not fit in the vent door. This can also cause damage to the actuator itself.

This is not the item advertised. I received a Chinese block, not the one pictured. My old banged the temp door on and off when it was on full cold and was either cold or hot and nothing in between. The unit I ordered works and fits just like the factory unit without the more annoying rattling and now I have stepless temperature control again. Only two stars because I got Chinese junk.

I installed the actuator in October 2018 after delivery, the new actuator did not solve my temperature/door problem, the car was warm and in the winter it wasn't an urgent issue so i postponed the blend door repair to march 2019 when the weather got warmer after just fixing the heat issue in the car i found that the part amazon sent me was a defective aftermarket -Actuator was I suspect the customer who ordered the part before me cheated by sending back the defective part while keeping the OEM…

My air conditioner was repaired and based on the youtube video I was able to install it myself instead of paying the store almost 6 times more (definitely have they so estimated the cost).
