Engine mount OEM/ACDelco

They were installed on a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer 4x4 with an I6 engine. The box they came in had a GM label on the box and a place of manufacture. The box was factory sealed. These are OEM/ACDelco identical to the ones removed. If you need Trailblazer engine mounts for your I6 engine, you can get them at a great price. They may cost more than the aftermarket, but some parts don't come cheap. I recommend them.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • The list will be long.

08 Trailblazer LT vibration issue fixed!

It was a bit difficult to pair but it was worth it! The installation process takes about 3 hours plus or minus an hour. The method I used required me to remove the top motor mounting bolt and then the bottom ones. Once they were off I had to raise the motor 3 or 4 inches, alternating the right and left sides. Once the engine is running, simply remove the old brackets and insert the new ones. Of course it's a bit more complicated, but not too difficult. God, that made a big difference. And the…

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Doubtful

Fixed a vibration issue with my 2003 Trailblazer at idle. To help install the new brackets, I had to use a hacksaw to cut about 1/2" off the silver stud. Length. The job wasn't that bad, but my father-in-law helped me. Basically, you lift the motor first on the driver's side to take the pressure off the bracket so you can loosen the top screw, you then go to the passenger's side and remove and replace it completely before removing and replacing the driver's side.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs

Take my advice! Best in Parts

Pioneer 2004 has been vibrating and humming for 2 years now and many problems are fixed endlessly. There is no end until I install them. Wow what a difference! Now it runs smooth and quiet. TIP: If you like me, watch the video on how to replace it and get to the screw on the driver's side. You'll see how to pierce the whole thing, remove the PCM, remove the suspension, etc. I haven't done any of that. I used a sickle ratchet pass. Now I've owned this tool for years and only used it once prior…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Slightly torn

ACDelco 15062381 GM 4.2L Engine Mount

This is a genuine ACDelco/GM part. Note that it can come unboxed as you would expect from an ACDelco or GM dealer. This is an ACDelco / GM part that is packaged in a zip bag only and does not have a GM number on the part itself. At first I was very suspicious of a replacement with an aftermarket Level 3 part or a misidentified part that was returned from the warehouse. This is a genuine GM part as I checked at my local GM dealership where they removed the four brackets and they were all…

'05 Trailblazer - Vibrations are GONE, the ride is quieter and smoother.

My 2005 Trailblazer EXT I6 (6 cylinder) has only done 40,000 miles but it had horrible vibrations at idle (600 rpm) and especially when stopping in gear (at traffic lights, stop signs) . Shifting into N at a stop would have helped, shifting into R was even better (although it startled those behind me). However, while driving, everything looked normal. It was worse when the engine was cold. I ended up replacing 2 motor mounts with these. IMPRESSIVE. Not only did the idle stop vibration problem…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
