Factory Replacement Transmission Pan Gasket. This is the second time I've changed the fluid and every time I use a new seal. There are no leaks either, but I recommend that you tighten the bolts to spec. They are easy to overtighten and screw in the gasket or strip the threads.

Used this gasket when changing the transmission oil filter on my 2013 suburb. Good quality works great. To remove the pan, loosen the exhaust system mounting bolts. A PB jet spray and a long extension with an impact wrench worked well. You don't have to remove the screws.
