🔌 Enhance Performance with ACDelco 748RR GM Original Equipment Spark Plug Wire Set Review

I mean what can I go wrong buying genuine GM gear? They have been in my GMC Sierra for about 7 months now and are working great. I'm not surprised it's GM.

Slightly longer than original cables on my G8 GT. The boots also didn't all face the same direction, so I had to rotate most of them a bit to put them on. Also, the quality of the materials seemed to be comparable to the originals.

Factory connector cables are the best, they fit perfectly and have no quality issues. They also hold up better than aftermarket wires. Having to remove the ends of aftermarket wires, which tend to snap, is one of the biggest complaints about aftermarket wires. So do yourself a favor, pay a little more and buy original equipment.

I installed them on a 2008 Silverado 5.3L when replacing the spark plugs. Most spark plug boots are installed the wrong way round. I used some dielectric grease and patience to rotate the boots into position so the wires don't get twisted. That's why I deducted a star.

Random boots WHY? OEM cable NO! I bought mine direct from Revain so I'm hoping they are genuine AC Delco. I buy many AC Delco products from Revain. I think in some cases Delco just gets poor quality products. I try to stick to their OEM line to get the best quality. If there is a problem, I call the Delco technicians. I couldn't buy them from my local auto parts store because they are only available after sale and after racking my brains I found them on AMAZON! I got lucky!
