Chevy Silverado LS 2003. If the check engine light came on, it meant a leak. Drop it to see it. Engine light came back 2 days later. Bought this hat and the light went out by itself. Exactly the same hat as mine. Had to use some scissors and cut a bit sharp to get the old one out but the new one went right in. 5/5 all day.

There was no identifiable picture of the filler neck on this product but it seems to match my 2006 speedometer I have it with Ordered "free" shipping because I'm the best, but due to the lack of description on the picture, they blame me for the return shipping cost. Not a very successful business move in my opinion.

Not for 2004 Silverado with non-threaded fuel cap. If the one you're replacing has threads on the side of the cap, it's probably the right one. Mine has two points on the side that screw my cap into the fork. Check out the picture I posted and compare yours to this one before ordering. My check engine light came on. I checked it out at Autozone and they told me it was the gas cap. Well, I already knew I didn't even have a gas cap (I didn't realize the Check Engine line would light up due to the lack of a gas cap). So I bought this. I also ordered one for my 06 Sierra thinking it was the same one but after replacing it and immediately finding the problem with the evaporator I put the old one back in and it fixed it. I bought this cover because it is listed as OEM and it fits my car. Shortly after installing the cover, the check engine light came on.
