They are well designed and well made. I use them to protect my elbows when I fall on tennis courts. It does its job. I'm 85 years old, so sometimes I fall.

Have been using this for about 2 weeks now and it has helped tremendously with my elbow tendonitis which gets worse when I press on my elbow in my sleep. This helps me keep my elbow straight. I adjust the pressure on both Velcro straps as needed.

I bought this elbow brace to use after my bunions were removed rather than wrapping myself in a long stretch of elastic. It is easy to use, easily adjustable and comfortable to wear - much more comfortable than an elastic bandage. I have to wear it 24/7 for weeks and I don't complain at all.

I am satisfied with the seller but not with the product. I have used the ACE brand knee pads in the past and have been satisfied, but the ACE neoprene elbow pads have been disappointing. The main disadvantage of this item is that it doesn't tighten enough to provide consistent compression support, which I prefer. The size was accurate, but just an ineffective product.

Small. I'm 6ft 2in and it barely fits in my elbow. It's smaller than their previous version, which I have one of. I prefer the previous version with longer straps. smell at. It's the same smell you get when you buy cheap stuff from China. Yes, they are made in China. I would return them but I need them until I find another type that is better. And believe me I'm looking.

I just updated this review. I bought these a few years for tennis elbow and gave them 4 stars because the velcro was so, but once left it worked great! I then bought a couple where the velcro was so bad I changed it to 1 star because it didn't even hold a point. BUT I bought it again out of desperation as I couldn't find anything better and surprisingly they changed the velcro to make it hold up better than before! I played about 15 sets of tennis with him and he never collapsed!

I already had one of these, a neoprene sleeve with 2 velcro straps and an open elbow on the inside. I tried to get another one this year - a third party (AllUNeed) supplied one with the same Ace part number which had a very uncomfortable nylon or viscose inner elbow pad and the neoprene was full diameter - so it felt in the elbow bent and puckered If it is bent I sent it back because it was not as advertised.
