Acer 11 Convertible Touchscreen WLED Backlit Review

bought for my grandson due to COVID homeschooling. He has no complaints and loves him. I thought it was a great price. I researched the pills and am glad I got these. The flip-up back is a plus. He can hold it like a tablet if needed. Delivery was also very fast.

I bought it for my son for distance learning. After a few weeks, the touchscreen stopped working while I was working. I bought this laptop because of the touchscreen. I would not recommend this product, especially if you intend to use a touch screen. That's very disappointing.

We got this Spin 11 for our preschooler a few weeks after we got 2 R-11s - they were in reserve and the price has gone up significantly. The Spin-11 is a great little laptop, but the touchscreen sucks. Lots of dead zones, no exact location. Windows cannot be closed by touch because the top edge of the screen doesn't recognize touch, especially in the middle. This Chromebook is used by my son for distance learning at school. In general everything is fine. Most things work fine. However, there are some things that are sometimes frustrating. System freezes from time to time which is annoying. However, this can be fixed by turning it off manually by pressing and holding the power button for at least 30 seconds. Printing is a problem. I ordered two for the kids. You just have to work well. The other is having wireless connection issues and is already set up and already listing weird wireless connections. So I did a factory reset and now we'll see if it works properly after trying to connect to the school work network again. Edit: I'm sending one back and getting a replacement.

This is the best laptop I've ever had! The camera quality is clear, the sound is good for watching videos, it's super fast and wakes up immediately when you open it. The function of the convertible tablet is flawless. I will update this review if anything goes wrong :)

It worked fine when I first got it, but I've been having strange problems for about a month. It freezes and I can't do anything about it. Very upset at that moment. My last Acer was much better but I dropped it. It has a few issues and I'm feeling stuck and frustrated. I can't afford to buy another one. :((
