I've been using this computer for a while, but now I'm having trouble turning on the monitor. The keyboard turns on, but the monitor does not. I tried to return it. Let me start with that. I love this laptop and I think it's a very good buy. good viewing angles and decent brightness. The 11th generation Intel processor performs very well, loads everything very quickly and handles multiple tasks with ease. The WiFi connection is also excellent, the connection is fast and stable. Great laptop for the price bought it for my mum and she loves it looks good not too big not too small my only complaint is the screen tech, looks bad when pushed to one side. The speed is perfect for everyday tasks, Word, Chrome and all other programs run smoothly at the same time (it's definitely not for gaming).

Bought for my life partner for her online needs. Very upbeat laptop with a nice display 17+, I'm happy with everything, now I'm looking at mine.

I love this laptop. No problem. Very responsive and I like the touchscreen. The speakers aren't great, but I just connect them to a Bose speaker via Bluetooth. For the price I am very happy with this purchase.

Pretty quick and easy to use. Sound is his weakness. The maximum volume is very low. I had trouble connecting to an external speaker as it produces loud background noise. You can hear it on the video. I have connected the same speaker to other computers and my mobile phone and nothing of the sort happens. However, I like it very much. I hope Acer will replace the sound part because I need it for work.
