Acer Convertible Chromebook 11 6 Touchscreen Octa Core Review

So far so good. Daughter (7) uses it mostly. She watches YouTube and plays games she downloads from the Play Store. She's pretty tech-savvy these days, like most kids these days. And I haven't heard any complaints from her, so I'll take that as a good sign. I bought it for her schoolwork and I needed something to store my photos. I haven't gotten that far yet. We do their homework on it and it works pretty well, loads fast, is responsive and what not.

DO NOT purchase this app if you need to download apps as the Google Play Store app cannot be downloaded on this Chromebook. The internet and everything else works fine but I bought it for my kids to play Roblox and other apps but this particular Chromebook doesn't support the Google Play Store. I had no idea this was even possible for the Google App Store. be compatible with Google Chrome Book!

I bought 3 of these for my kids for school. 2 out of 3 no longer work and I bought them less than a year ago. There is definitely a problem with these computers. I strongly recommend buying another brand. I contacted the seller and he decided not to give them any guarantee. Attention buyers!

Update December 6th - This computer was working very well until it suddenly stopped. At the end of October, we were indiscriminately denied access to Google Meets, which we need for virtual learning. My daughter could still use it for her homework, so we had to borrow the computer from school for meetings. 2 weeks ago it wouldn't start at all. Now it is lying on the counter and cannot be used. I bought my Chromebook to help with my finances but I use it for work. I found it easy to use and understand. During this quarantine I used it at work while I was in the hospital. It works great with the different media I use to watch shows and movies. This is a purchase I do not regret.
