I go for runs in the hot desert sun, and sunblock is not enough to protect my very fair skin. These arm sleeves are perfect, and if you wet them down, they are cooling, as well. I tested them by putting a bandaid on my arm, then covering up with these sleeves and going out for a run. When I got back, I took the sleeves and bandaid off, to see if there was any suntan indication that there had been a bandaid there. (If sunlight got through the sleeves, there would be a line around the bandaid.)…

Began using these sleeves on long walks in New Mexico. These do a great job keeping the harsh sun off your arms and also provide a cooling effect which I love. The fit is great! I ordered two of the same blue color, and aside from the colors being off a bit between the pairs( on pair was a bit darker blue than the other ) I love them and would definitely recommend. I was also able to wash them and they still had a great fit.

I have actual bruises from the elastic on the bicep side. It's extremely narrow. almost as narrow as the hand opening side. If you have tiny arms it might work but it kind of defeats the point of elastic/spandex.

I was originally looking for a long fingerless glove to help ease the pain from carpal tunnel and an entrapped nerve in my elbow. Being a fan of compression sleeves for my legs I decided to give these a try. They are very easy to put on and stay in place without being restrictive. The light compression has been perfect for relieving the inflation in my wrists and elbows. They are a bit cooling but its summer in the South and there is nowhere cool.

Husband rides a motorcycle so in Florida, there is a need to cover up especially with a history of skin cancer. Good material & fit!

This product exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and not stuffy for the 5 hrs I wore them in the hot sun. very good!

These felt nice though it wasn't the material I expected but they were too small for my chubby arms and it didn't give good stretch so it felt uncomfortable

Love these. They are primarily sun sleeves, but can also be light arm warmers - thin enough to put under something as a second, removable layer if you want. They are thicker than stockings, but not as heavy as name brand arm warmers. I got the 5-pack and both my husband and I use them. I don’t expect them to last more than a full season, but at 5 pair for less than the cost of one pair of name brand sleeves, I’m thrilled. Ordered a second pack to have around.

I needed something to protect my arms from the sun while riding my motorcycle. So far these have worked well - kept their stretchiness, fit nicely and comfortably. I think they are doing the job - no bad sunburns so far.

I used these on a 43 mile ride today. They kept me warm and cool at the same time. It was a cool morning but as the day heated the arms cooled. I have 14 inch biceps. Not huge but the sleeves were a bit snug at the top. Measure your biceps before purchasing. Have not washed yet but hope all is ok. Update: washed and hung to dry with no issues

I bought these to wear on bike rides in the heat. I have worn them a few times, once in 90+ degree heat and have been very happy with the cooling effect of the sleeves. Amazing value for the price. They are stretchy enough that I can pull them high up my arm under my short sleeve jersey and they stay in place. The material is thin and comfortable, they are not hot. I am so happy with them, I have bought more.

I love these for fall and spring weather. I have used them for days when it is chilly in the morning but will be much warmer by the afternoon. It is great because they turn your short sleeved shirt into a long sleeves without having to wear/pack extra clothing. Once it gets too warm for them you just take them off and they fit into a pocket in your pants or backpack.
