ProCase Protector Tempered Generation Release Review

It was exactly what I wanted and expected. It comes with cleaning supplies for the iPad screen. Cleaning and pedaling was quick and easy. Using the iPad for a few days shows that it works very well. I am very happy with this item.

Directions were difficult to follow. I couldn't remove the second film and ended up removing it by force. At least I think it was a movie. The first came off easily and the tread was sticky. Then the stickiness disappeared and the protective film no longer stayed in place. I watched a video about it, but it didn't help.

Installed 3 different brands on 3 new iPads, both 2 packs were rubbish, first cracks near the edge when trying to pop bubbles. I wiped the new screen with an alcohol wipe, then used the cloth that came with it and again lots of bubbles. I don't recommend it

Delivery was perfect. No damage to packaging and item. Screen protectors fit perfectly in size and assembly. The screen protectors were crystal clear when installed. I will buy again if necessary.

This product is very easy to install if you follow the basic instructions. Air bubbles were minimal and easily removed, although there were no special tools in the kit for this.

The written instructions were confusing so I went to the Procase website but their video was for an older iPad, not an iPad Air 4. I realized that You can easily place the screen on my iPad without any extra steps using the included guide tabs. However, the kit did not come with a "sealing card" as described on the packaging to smooth out any air bubbles. I had to use a rag and my fingers to force the bubbles out.

I'm usually good at stuff like that. I made window film without bubbles. It was impossible. I cleaned my iPad completely and followed the instructions exactly, but it still had large bubbles. I gave up. The only thing I can say is that they appear to be quite thick, which is probably a good thing.

The product is disappointing. No matter what you do, air bubbles will still appear. Using the second, it broke on me when I pulled it back to reapply. If it's durable and should protect your iPad, then why did it break when it was easy to pick up? I didn't make it hard or fast. It was pulled out carefully, not wanting the fragments to fly into my eyes. If I could get a replacement that would be great, maybe I'm lucky as it might have been a bad batch. but thumbs down for now. 👎
