Excellent 30W panel. Look no further, this is the best. Right out of the box I hooked up a multimeter and the panel read 19.7 volts and 1.7 amps. I connected the panel to a solar charge controller that had a 12V battery connected to it. The battery was 11V when I connected the panel. I put the panel, battery and controller in the sun for six hours and tested the battery again. It showed 12.44 volts. I was very impressed. Very impressive, very well done. Fast delivery.

I've been using it to charge a 12v battery for about a month. It has quality construction and works in low light conditions. Suggestion to seller: add some assembly parts instead of forcing the buyer to find their own solution. I picked up 4 packs of repair plates and some #8 HD screws for less than $5 total. You will need to use a specially selected minimum quality charge controller, which will almost certainly have its own.
