The sound quality is great. The earphone is soft and comfortable. This cancels out any wind noise, unlike other headphones that wrap around the ear and hang outside of the ear.

I work in retail and the headphones supplied by the store weren't that good - uncomfortable and had to be adjusted constantly or they would fall out of my ear. This is perfect for my needs. Good sound quality and very comfortable. The price is great too.

Garbage! Only used 3 times for a total of about 16 or 17 hours and totally unusable. I can't hear or speak. And one of the screws inside the walkie talkie broke off so you can't fully attach the headset to the portable device and the screw is stuck inside and I don't have the tools to get it out. Wouldn't buy this. I don't know why there are so many good reviews. And to top it off, I can't find ANYTHING about the seller or customer service.

So I put the earmold in my ear after I connected everything and the earmold hurt my earlobe so of course I had to buy the semi-mold picture on Amazon. Now everything is convenient. Buy sizes are small and medium. I tried both on and found my form size to be medium. The sound is great and everything else in between is beautifully done. You will not regret your purchase. The shape also helps you hear background noise. In case someone tries to draw your attention.

Even though I was able to screw it into the Vertex jack on my Yaesu FTA-450L radio, the sound had terrible tone - sort of weird feedback that made me wonder if the wiring was done right. With the sidetone enabled and the external microphone selected, my sound was barely acceptable. PTT worked, but only when the adapter was tightly screwed on. And if you turn it TOO tight, PTT WILL NOT work, and audio output will work, but with a horrible hum. This is a very cheap headset
