The only problem is that the metal part in the middle is a bit crooked. However, you only notice it when it is at the top. The light sits straight but the metal looks uneven. I won't be returning it as it looks good otherwise.

Used in bathroom. I was surprised how much light there is. Decided to put them in all bathrooms. If you have round electrical boxes, they will be visible around the light.

I needed flat lighting for the inside of our closet. This light is very flat and bright. My only complaint is that it doesn't cover the standard lightbox (see photos). The blue stripe is visible on the back of the lantern. It doesn't matter since it's in the closet, but if someone puts it in a prominent place, you should be careful with it.

Good light, very bright but that's ok. The only thing that annoys me is stupid wiring and non-standard sizes. It will not cover a completely round old electrical box. It seems designed to be wall mounted directly after passing the electric cable through the hole. Not right. Cable colors are idiotic. There is no indication of which wire is hot. Watch out for the back and what's that box on your wall. We have a standard circle and this light doesn't cover it, so we had to buy another wall covering and cut a hole in it to install this light. not the best view. The light on it is pretty sharp too. We call it a "flashlight": super bright, super white and very directional. We'll eventually replace it, but it's quite difficult to find a light fixture close to the wall where you can't see the bulbs on the stairs.

Looks great in our entryway - and definitely the nice bright white light we were looking for. The only downside is that the aluminum plate that the acrylic is attached to gets a bit warm. Which I think is rare for an LED assembly. Nothing to worry about as it's not very hot, but you can feel the heat if you touch it (it almost acts as a heatsink for those tech heads). The exterior looks very nice in our hallway. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a new look with a simple feel.

They look very attractive and modern, they're nice and bright. So I'm happy with the product itself. However, they didn't come with all the necessary mounting hardware, they didn't come with installation instructions, and the mounting bracket isn't a standard size so it's not readily compatible with our existing wall light hardware. This lantern was perfect where it should have been. Our new home had a wall mount with a 6 inch glass ball mounted on the wall at a 90 degree angle to the closet door and every time I opened the door there was a collision. This lamp nestles tightly against the wall and the cabinet door can be opened completely without it. It is also much brighter than the previous light.
