After several months of installation, there is now a very loud squeak when the door is closed. I have no way of contacting the seller for a replacement and the return period has expired. I no longer recommend this product.p

I'm sure the part will work but it is NOT for a 2010 Ram 3500. Replaced and found that the connector on mine is different than the actual one Part. Unfortunately, the return window is closed for me.

I took my time installing this part, so I put it in the garage and waited for cooler weather when it arrived. Now that it's nice outside I opened the box and found the gearing was broken from the rest. If it hasn't made it to delivery then I probably don't want it in my truck.

Installation is a bit difficult due to the door design. The lock assembly works well but is a little bulkier and noisier than the OEM. Be careful with the included bar clamps, they are a bit fragile and can break. Another alternative is to spend a lot more money on an OEM part to reduce the noise a bit. I would buy it again as I could buy a few of these for the same price as OEM.

3-4 weeks after installing these L-side front and rear latches the 'door open' light started flashing,,,, Then started the door locks to randomly bounce as you drive down the freeway, along with an alarm that randomly goes off when you lock it with the remote control! Very annoying! So I disconnected the wires from the latches, ordered replacements from the Dodge dealer, and replaced them again. It's been a few months and everything is back to normal. Ordered in September 2020. And after 4 months it started showing the door ajar. Only use the truck for heavy snow or towing and maybe open the tailgate 20-30 times to install. I found out a few times that my battery was low and although they were just bad batteries, until one day I heard the alarm go off and the dome light up. The doors were locked.
