Customizable Temperature Alarms: Be alerted to temperature spikes caused by mistakenly leaving the fridge or freezer door open, or a failing appliance. Multipurpose Silicone Sensor Straps: Can be used with the included suction cups or wrapped around a wire shelf inside the fridge or freezer. Temperature Range: -40 °F to 100 °F (-40 °C to 37 °C).

Great accessory for the fridge. if it works

[UPDATE 09/18/2018: About 34 days after purchase, fridge sensor #1 stopped working. It remains fixed on the last number displayed or reports nothing at all. I reset the display unit and removed the batteries from all 3 units, then put the batteries in the display, then sensor #1, then sensor #2. Currently only freeze sensor #2 is working. I am using Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries with freeze protection. My rating has dropped from 4 to 2 stars. This is a good product when it works. I'm…

Completely useless and returnable. TWICE. Cannot detect the correct temperature, the main unit display is not working. I GIVE UP.

I didn't realize I needed lithium batteries for the freezer so I left them on the counter along with regular batteries as a test. The refrigerator kicked in and immediately read 41 degrees. I set it to 39 but I didn't find the 2 degree difference that bad. (Then I tested the apple with my thermal foam and it read 39.) The freezer module on the counter read 79, which I guess was close since it was a warm day and we didn't have the AC on. Then a few seconds later the fridge alarm went off when it

Works great and is very easy to use.

. I am so glad I have this item. Now I can monitor the temperature of my fridge and freezer without opening the door! All you had to do was insert the batteries and install the sensors in place. My monitor attaches to the side of the fridge with 4 magnets, but you can also hang it on a nail with a hole in the back. The sensors are each powered by 2 AA batteries and the monitor by 2 AAA batteries. I used normal alkaline batteries (Duracell). I have chosen not to pay for expensive lithium…
