Doesn't work with new Apple M1 chip - disconnects in sleep mode

This cable will work until your new Apple M1 computer goes to sleep. This permanently disconnects the connection. To get it back you have to unplug the cable and plug it back in. At least it annoys me a lot. I ended up using a regular USB cable and plugging it into the Apple USB-C to USB port. Since then, USB hasn't broken the connection; even when the Mac is sleeping. This cable can work as a temporary solution, but it's not a long-term solution.

Best cable I've ever bought

I ordered this cable at a very low price not expecting much. To my surprise, this is probably the best cable I've ever bought. It has a woven cord cover that will last for years. The connectors are strong and very stable. You can't go wrong buying this product. I trust this manufacturer of all future plugs and cables.

Right price and good looks

I've only been using this for about a week, but this cable looks well made and allows me to bring the ANT+ handle slightly closer to the bike trainer. Solid armored connectors and a braided cable jacket give the impression that it is quite durable.

Good cable length at a good price!

I decided to buy a longer cable to connect Camlink to the camcorder. It worked great! Camlink was moved to the USB-A end and then the USB-C port was moved to the MacBook Pro. The material is woven so I have no idea how durable it will be. The small keys I have are made of the same material and seem to hold up. One problem is that it's somewhat immobile and still remembers it being folded up in the little box it came in from the manufacturer. Maybe if I let it out of the box it'll go away. Butโ€ฆ

Exactly what I needed!

I've just received a USB powered headset for working at home, but the 1 meter cable on the headset is very annoying. My work laptop is about 2 feet from me and I can't work crouched, so I needed an extension cord. The only problem was that both USB ports on the laptop are occupied, but there is a free USB-C port! This cable is absolutely perfect. This allows me to plug one end into the laptop's USB-C port and the USB-A port receives the headset. Now I have almost 10 feet of cord, I just wrapโ€ฆ

Looks Good But Drives Fail

This cable looks good but unfortunately my drives connected to it are failing. I bought this cable because I bought a new Mac with a USB-C port. I was using an old 10ft USB-A cable and wanted to get rid of the USB-C male to USB-A female adapter. before disabling or disabling messages. (Disks are remounting, but I don't want my backups to be corrupted.) These messages came in the middle of the night, so I know I didn't do anything to cause the problem. I didn't have this problem with my oldโ€ฆ
